RealTracks Artist Bio: Stefan Wagger

Stefan Wagger was born in Tamsweg in Salzburg. He is well known in Austria as a musician (guitarist, singer, tubist, accordionist), sound engineer, music teacher and music enthusiast. Stefan gained his professional skills on the many instruments as well as his experiences in sound engineering in Vienna at the "Musikum Salzburg," the "Carinthian State Conservatorium" in Klagenfurt and the "School of Entertainment & Technology" in Vienna Being part of many bands and music groups like "Die Lungauer," "Die Fegerländer" (a brass band), the choir "Cantabile" enables him to perform regularly on stages together with other professional musicians. Additionally Stefan teaches guitar, tuba and the "Steirische Harmonika" (a famous musical instrument in Austria) to young children. He has held many seminars and workshops reaching a broad range of musicians especially for traditional Austrian "Volksmusik."

His accurate ear, keen sense of harmonies and affection to high-end technology, as well as his attention to details and tendency to perfection predisposes him on the one hand to produce high quality music and on the other hand to play instruments at a high level. And all the time, his aspiration to perfect sounds and fun while playing are his highest priority.
